Jimmie Alan Bailey, 75, passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving and devoted family.

He was born to the late A. Ernest and Nelle Jayne Harris Bailey in Cleveland County.

Jimmie is survived by his son, Jason Alan Bailey; daughter-in-law Cindy Bailey; grand-dog, Maddie.

He served in the Vietnam War in the United States Army. After the Army he worked in Textiles. His favorite hobby was a Ham Radio Operator and his favorite music band was the Grateful Dead. He was a wonderful father, father-in-law and grandfather to Maddie. He will be missed by those that knew and loved him.

Full Military Honors, by the Cleveland County Honor Guard, will be held at 2546 Shoal Creek Church Road, Shelby NC at 3:00 PM. Saturday October 30, 2021
