Joe Leroy Flowers, 62 of Pony Barn Road, Fallston, passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at Carolinas Medical Center - Charlotte.

Born in Catawba County, NC on July 24, 1961, he was the son of the late Frank Leroy Flowers and Geneva Evelyn Breakfield Flowers. Joe was a retired truck driver from Piedmont Transportation of Vale and was a member of Friendly Chapel Baptist Church.

Joe was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather to his wife, son, daughter and grandchildren. He loved all of them very much.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Forrest Flowers, Avery Flowers and Jimmy Flowers.

Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Donna Radford Flowers; son, Forrest Flowers of Fallston; daughter, Patricia Koschny and husband, Konrad of Fallston; five grandchildren, Kristina Koschny, Joseph Koschny, Konrad Koschny, Luke Koschny and Isaiah Koschny; five brothers, Glenn Flowers and wife, Lynn of Vale, George Flowers and wife, Kathy of Lawndale, Earl Flowers of Reidsville, Bobby Flowers and wife, Rhonda of Kings Mountain and Frank Flowers and wife, Lori of Belwood; a sister, Lois Flowers of Shelby and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 3, 2024 from 2:00pm to 3:00pm at Friendly Chapel Baptist Church.

A Graveside Service will be held on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at 3:00pm at Friendly Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Norris Willis officiating.
