Joey Jay Bridges, II, 27, passed away Monday February 27, 2017. A native of Cleveland county, he was the son of Joey Jay Bridges and the late Julie Lester Rush.

PRECEDED: in addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Carol Lester and his aunt, Tracey Brackett.

SURVIVED: In addition to his father, he is survived by his girlfriend, Jenifer Hamrick; one son, Colton Peter Bridges; two daughters, Julianna Bridges, and Jaelyn Bridges all of Kings Mountain; two sisters, Amy Queen of Kings Mountain and Harley Bridges of Vale; his paternal grandparents, Joseph and Jeanette Bridges; maternal grandparents, Dick and Marsha Lester; two nieces, Brianna Bowman and Ava Short; his step mother, Terri Bridges.

SERVICES: A graveside service will be held 1 pm Friday at Cleveland Memorial Park with a visitation following the service at the graveside.
