Johnny Lee Piercy, 65, of Baylor Drive, Shelby, went home on Friday, October
26, 2018.

Born in Boiling Springs on May 22, 1953 he was the beloved husband of Carla
Jo Piercy and the son of the late Dottie Jean VanDyke and J.C. Piercy. He
is also preceded in death by his sister, Jane Piercy.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his children Melissa and Pad Scism of
Grover, Cliff and Sarah Piercy of Boiling Springs, Jamie Piercy and fiance
Kevin Johnson of Shelby; stepmother Martha Pauline McDaniel Piercy; three
grandchildren David Lee Piercy of Boiling Springs and Gavin and Kaitlin
Johnson of Shelby; five brothers, David Piercy, James Piercy, Michael
Piercy, William Piercy and Jay Piercy; and three sisters, Betty Lovelace,
Judy Lowery and husband Jerry and Mary Piercy.

The visitation will be held on Monday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at
Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home, Fallston.

The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Monday in the Stamey-Tysinger
Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev Jonathan Bundon officiating.

Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Memorial Park.
