Jordan Clarke Bowman, 42, of Polkville Road, Shelby passed away on April 29, 2026 at his residence.

Jordan was born on July 1, 1983 in Rutherford County, NC to John Christopher Bowman and Gloria Bumgarner Bowman.

In addition to his parents, Jordan is survived by his son, Jaxon Bowman of Shelby; brother, Jon Bowman (April) of Belwood and sister, Megan Bowman (Steffan) of Shelby and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 2:00pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow at First Broad Baptist Church Cemetery in Bostic.
