Kathy Hayes Cisneros, 59, of Rutherfordton died Sunday, December 11, 2016 at Hospice of Rutherford County.
She was born September 6, 1957 in Cleveland County to Tommy Hayes and the late Thelma Ledford Hollifield. She was a former member of Gantt's Grove Baptist Church and cared for children most of her working life. She enjoyed Facebook, reading and music. She always thought of others needs before her own and was devoted to her family.
She is survived by a son; Kevin James Mann and wife, Robin of Forest City; a daughter, Susan Mann of Rutherfordton; her father of Shelby; a brother, Gary Lonnie Hollifield of Forest City; a sister, Patsy Conard and husband, Steve of Ellenboro; thirteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 21st at Eggers Funeral Home of Cliffside with Pastor Paul Toney. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
