Kay Robinson Moss, 81, passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at her residence.

Kay was born on July 13, 1942 in Spartanburg County, SC a daughter of the late John Darby Robinson and Mary Coffey Robinson. She retired from textiles. Kay was a member of First Wesleyan Church of Cherryville and the Golden Oldies.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Charles K. "Kenny" Moss, Jr.; two sisters, Peggy Johnson, Dianne Brown and husband Charles Brown and her former husband and father of her two sons, Charles K. Moss.

Survivors include her son, Chris Moss; a grandson, Aaron Moss; two brothers, Mike Robinson and wife Wanda of Shelby; Tony Robinson and wife Brenda of Cherryville. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 1:45PM to 2:45PM on Friday, November 10, 2023 at First Wesleyan Church. At other times the family will be at the home of a niece, Lynn Ward, 137 Mozelle Road, Cherryville, NC 28021.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM at First Wesleyan Church with Rev. Mark Poe officiating.

Burial will follow the service at City Memorial Cemetery in Cherryville.
