SHELBY - Kristie Killian Jones, age, 43, passed away at Hoke Hospice House in Durham, NC on Saturday, March 18, 2017. She is predeceased by her mother, Marilyn Christine Goins; uncle, Danny Goins.
Kristie was a native of Cleveland County. She was a personal caregiver and loved her dog, Slinky.
She is survived by her husband, Chris Jones and children, CJ, Tyler, Makala and Zachary; father, Mike Killian; uncle, Rodney Goins; brother, Josh Walker.
A service will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Blessed Hope Baptist Church, 3357 Fallston-Waco Road, Cherryville, NC with the Rev. Sidney Weaver officiating. Interment immediately following the service in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 from 6-8:00 pm at the church.
