Larry Wayne Canipe, 86, of Zebbie Drive, Casar, passed away Wednesday
December 12, 2018 at Hospice at Wendover.

Born September 23, 1932 in Burke County, he was a son of the late Charlie
Clayton Canipe and Lily Spake Canipe. He was retired from Cleveland Mills
and was a member of St. Paul Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter,
Carolyn Canipe; one brother and five sisters.

Survivors include his wife of sixty seven years, Helen Chapman Canipe; one
son, Larry Steve Canipe of Casar; two daughters, Pat O'Renick and husband
Jack of Casar and Sandi Pruitt of Statesville; six grandchildren; nine great
grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

The visitation will be 1:00PM until 2:00PM Saturday, December 15, 2018 at
St. Paul Baptist Church.

The funeral service will be 2:00PM Saturday at St. Paul Baptist Church with
Rev. Keith Fulbright officiating.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
