Linda Ann Blanton Moore, age 72 of Shelby, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, July 16, 2020.

She is survived by her loving husband, Steve Moore of the home, her children, Connie Loucks and husband Don, and Mike Moore and wife Shelly, three grandchildren, Melissa Loucks, Ben Moore, and Ashley Moore, two great grandchildren, Noah and Logan, a sister, Carolyn Moore, a sister-in-law, Sybil Blanton, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Born May 2, 1948 in Cleveland County, Linda was the daughter of the late James and Alma Smith Blanton and was preceded in death by two brothers, James Blanton and Johnny Blanton.

Linda was a Christian lady. She loved going to church, traveling with the Senior Road Runner to the beach, and watching the sunrise. She loved her family and would do anything for them. Linda also loved to shop and going to the movies with her daughter and granddaughter. She loved to sit on the front porch to eat her breakfast while watching the animals. Linda enjoyed family gatherings, crossword puzzles, and coloring books. She was a loving caring lady and will be dearly missed by those that knew her.

Funeral service will be held 1:00 pm Monday, August 3, 2020 at Cleveland Funeral Services and Crematory. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Cleveland Memorial Park.
