Linda Elizabeth Hamrick Bright, age 66, of Spindale, died Saturday, November 28, 2015 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center.
Born November 15, 1949 in Laurens County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Robert "Bobby" Hamrick and Letha Ray Hamrick Kilby. She worked for Watts Regulator Manufacturing and was of the Baptist Faith. She enjoyed doing housework and especially spending time with her family and grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Robert "Bobby" Lowe; brother, Ted Hamrick and sister, Cynthia Hamrick.
Survivors include her husband of forty-two years, Odell Bright; two sons, Curtis Lowe and Mike Bright both of Spindale; daughter, Karen Campbell and husband, Scott of Ellenboro; two brothers, Michael Hamrick and wife, Gail of Clinton, SC and Robert Hamrick of Spartanburg; two sisters, Kathy Head of Spartanburg and Mary Freeman and husband, Buddy of Boiling Springs, SC. She is also survived by two granddaughters, Brittany Lowe and Lindsey Causby; five grandsons, Eric Campbell, Ty Campbell, C.J. Lowe, Andrew Lowe, Robby Lowe and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 o'clock in the afternoon on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Terry Padgett officiating. Interment will follow in Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
