Linda Lee Hoyle Willis, 79, passed away Friday, August 26, 2022 in Shelby, NC.

Born in Cleveland County on November 23, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Luther Raymond Hoyle and Hattie Lee Abernathy Hoyle. In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her step mother, Myrtle Hoyle, four brothers, Gene, Bill, Coleman, Don and Dale Hoyle, as well as her two sisters, Joann Lovelace and Margie Vess.

Linda is survived by her three children, David Hoyle, Danny Hoyle, and Bobby Hoyle (Aleksandra). As well as her eight grandchildren, Mindy Lee, Tiffany Arnold, Vanessa Cox, Daryl Hoyle, Larissa Hoyle, David Cole, Emily Cole, Tylar Hoyle and five great grandchildren. Also left to cherish her memory are her four sisters, Ann Hord, Janet (Michael) Helms, Kathy Weaver and Sue Thornburg.

A funeral service will be held 3:00PM Wednesday August 31, 2022 at Buffalo Baptist Church with Rev. Dustin Mace and Rev. Macky Turner officiating the service. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 2:00PM - 3:00PM in the church sanctuary. Burial will follow the service in the church cemetery.
