Linda Lee McCraw, 79, of W. Stagecoach Trail, Shelby, passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at White Oak Manor, Shelby.

Born in Cleveland County, on October 17, 1944, she was a daughter of the late Howard Cletus Lee and Lillian Frances McSwain Lee. Mrs. McCraw was retired from Fidelity Bank and a member of Big Springs Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son Christopher "Chris" McCraw and two sisters, Frances Lee and Pheobe Price.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Herman Wright McCraw; daughter, Robin McCraw Ebersold of Nashville, TN; two grandsons, Tyler McCraw of Charlotte and Jack Ebersold of Nashville, TN; a brother, Ed Lee and wife Sherry of Casar and special cousin, Roger McSwain and wife Carolyn of Shelby.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:45 PM on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.

A celebration of life service will be held on 4:00 PM Thursday, September 19, 2024, at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Paul Scott officiating.
