Miranda Hyland and two of her children cut the ribbon at the Casar School PTO Little Free Library Grand Opening at Casar Park on March 25th. 2017. The Casar Elementary School PTO is sponsoring two Little Free Libraries. One is located at Casar Park and the second is at Mountain View Grocery.
