Margaret Elizabeth Putnam, 69, of Shelby, NC, passed away on May 27, 2021 at her residence.

Born in Cleveland, NC, She was daughter of the late Robert White and Donie Irene Irvin and was also preceded in death by her brothers, Andrew White, Jr., Richard White; infant daughter, Barbara Denise Putnam; and great granddaughter, Lilly.

She was a homemaker and member of the Corinth Primitive Baptist Church, Kings Mtn. NC. She loved to garden, cook, can food, playing solitaire on her computer and loved listening to gospel music. Her children and grandchildren were her world

Sister: Linda Mauney (Steven), Wilmington.

13 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Corinth Primitive Baptist Church, Kings Mountain, NC Sunday, May 30, 2021 3:00 P.M. Elder Tom Robinson, Elder David Anderson, and Elder Jim Briscoe, officiating.

VISITATION: 1:30 - 2:30 P.M. Sunday, May 30, 2021 prior to the service at the Church.

INTERMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, North Carolina
