Margaret Moss Jenkins passed away peacefully at the Hospice House in Shelby on November 16, 2024, at the age of 75.

She was born on November 4, 1949, to Harold Woodrow Moss and Katherine Harrit Biggers Moss, who preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her great-grandson, Azriel Grey Woody.

Margaret is survived by her daughter, Lanie Butts; four grandsons, Troy Simmons, Justin Simmons, Jerald Simmons, and Seven Woody; and four great-grandchildren, Jayden Simmons, Bleu Simmons, Castiel Simmons, and Chozen Simmons. She is also survived by her sister, Kathy Blanton, and her niece, Julie Hayes.

Fulfilling her final wish, Margaret chose to donate her body in hopes that others might benefit from her gift.

She will be missed deeply and remembered always.
