| MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. CELEBRATION |

The Cleveland County NAACP will host a Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration on Monday, January 17th at 12 Noon at Malcolm Brown Auditorium at Shelby High School. The annual Unity March will begin at 10:45 am at the Courtsquare in Uptown Shelby and will proceed to the auditorium. Guest speaker for the event will be Dr. Clinton Feemster. Dr. Feemster is the Director of the Pittman Center for Congregational Enrichment at Gardner-Webb University and is Pastor of Mount Zion Baptist in Kings Mountain. The event is free and the public is invited to attend.
