Mary Ann Owens Craig, 62, passed away on Friday, March 25, 2016 at Rutherfordton Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Rutherford County on January 28, 1954 to the late, Willie and Mildred Huntley Owens. She is also predeceased by a sister, Martina Atchley and a brother, Billy Owens.
Mary Ann enjoyed working crossword puzzles, she enjoyed drawing and most of all she loved to spend time with her family.
She is survived by a daughter, Marsha West of the home; a son, Robert Craig; four grandchildren, Robbie Craig, LeighAnn Craig Vickers, Paige Walker and Christian West; one great-grandchild, Caleb Vickers; five siblings, Clyde Owens, Marie Owens Ingle, Brenda Owens Thompason, Sandy Fox and Patricia Owens Fumi.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
