Mary Chapin,73, died Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at her home.
She is survived by Husband: David Leonard Chapin
Siblings: Marti Mellentine and husband Mark Mellentine, Andy Secrest and wife Cheryl Secrest. 8 nieces and nephews, and 6 great nieces and nephews.
Children: Rachel Martinez and husband Erick Martinez, David Andrew Chapin and husband Fred Long, Samuel Collins and wife Heather Collins, Jeremy Chapin and wife Laura Chapin, Paul Chapin, Sarah J. Chapin, and Deborah Chapin and boyfriend Andrew Orr.
Grandchildren: Emerald Collins, Winter Collins, Laya Chapin, Trace Chapin, Anastasia "Ana" Chapin, Shane Chapin, Eva Chapin, and Leonardo "Leo" Chapin.

Funeral services will be held 2PM Monday February 12, 2024 at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel of Shelby With Pastor Jim Ogle officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Grover Cemetery.
