KINGS MOUNTAIN - Mary Elizabeth Wardell, age 61, passed away at Atrium Healthcare on Wednesday, May 2, 2018. She was born to the late Carl and Madilyn Morley Wardell in Vineland, NJ on December 18, 1956.

Mary leaves behind to cherish her memories her two sons, Robert Carter III and Justin Wardell; two daughters, Lisa Johnson and Nicole Mastrangelo; four sisters, Cinthia Wardell, Patricia Wardell, Debbie Presgraves and Sandra Molyet; two brothers, Robert Wardell and David Wardell; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

Mary worked as a custodian in the Healthcare field for most of her life. She was funny and full of love and joy. She loved her family and enjoyed being around them. She was a wonderful, mother, grandmother and sister. She will truly be missed.

A service will be planned at a later date.
