ELLENBORO - Michael Darrell Lovelace, 51, passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2019 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He is predeceased by his mother, Donnis McCombs Holland.

Michael leaves behind to cherish his memories his sons, Matthew Lovelace (Kristie) and Brandon Lovelace (Paige); granddaughter, Jenna Lovelace; father, Billy Lovelace (Phyllis); sister, Kathi Lovelace; niece, Grace Bennett; significant other, Trisha Walker St. John.

Michael worked at J.M. Textiles in Spinning for 25 years. He was a good father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and significant other. He enjoyed fishing, working on things and spending time with his family. He will truly be missed by all who loved and knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at Sisk Memorial Missionary Methodist Church, 646 Pilgrim Church Road, Ellenboro, NC 28040 with Rev. Frank Lewis officiating. Visitation will follow the service.
