Nina Marie Littlejohn Studyvance

Nina Marie Littlejohn Studyvance, 64, of Charlotte, NC passed away on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at Atrium Health- Mercy Hospital in Charlotte. She was born on February 27, 1957 in Cherokee County, SC to Edna Hoey Craig and the late William Franklin Littlejohn, Sr.

Nina was a 1975 graduate of Gaffney High School. She also earned two Associates degrees, one while living in NY and the other from Cleveland Community College in Shelby, NC. Her employment among others included positions at Spring City and her most recent position at the Marriott Hotel in Charlotte among others before she became disabled.

Nina loved to sing and used her gift of singing while attending Shalom Christina Fellowship in Gaffney. She also loved children and enjoyed doting on them.

In addition to her fathers, he is preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Dawkins; special aunt, "Pril" and her mother-in-law, Pearline Studyvance.

She leaves to cherish fond memories to her husband, Roy Lee Studyvance; her mother, Edna Craig and step-father, Horace Craig of Shelby, NC; children, Kenny Ansley (Haley) of Long Beach, CA and Roydricka Linder of Gaffney, SC; god-son, Zavier Studyvance of Gaffney; god-daughter, Saniya Overton; two brothers, William F. Littlejohn, Jr. and Larry C. Littlejohn both of Shelby; one sister, Carolyn B. Littlejohn also of Shelby; nine grandchildren; two-great-grandchildren; aunts, Frances Walkins (Joe) and Denise Lawrence; uncles, Robert Hoey and Roy Hoey; brothers-in-law, Chris Studyvance (Voncine) and Brad Studyvance (Dyyetta); sisters-in-law, Kathy Studyvance and Sandra Studyvance; best friends, Davida Studyvance and Linda Belk and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The funeral service for Ms. Studyvance will be held on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 2:00 PM at S.T. Enloe Memorial Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM until 2:00 PM at the chapel and other times at 821 Jefferson St. Shelby. Burial will take place at Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery in Gaffney SC.
