Mr. Orville Norman Aleshire, age 76 died Monday December 10, 2012 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. Born on June 27, 1936 he was the son of the late Orville Rice Aleshire and Mary Ellen Miller. He served in the Merchant Marines and was a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church.
Mr. Aleshire is survived by his wife of 15 years, Jean Aleshire; a son, Wayne Aleshire of Texas; and a step daughter, Kathy Franklin of South Carolina; three sisters, Thelma Aleshire and Bettye Roady both of Texas and Ruth Fields of Oklahoma; grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday December 12, 2012 at 2:30 pm at Elizabeth Baptist Church with Rev. Rit Varriale officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:30 in the church sanctuary.
Memorials can be made to Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home and Crematory to help defray funeral cost.
