Pam Keys Palmer Cooper

Pam Keys Palmer Cooper was born on September 24, 1951 in Washington D.C. She was the oldest of seven siblings from parents, the late Helen and Phillip Guilbeau. On Friday, July 17, 2019 she departed this life surrounded by friends and family.

Pam received her high school diploma from McKinley Technical High School in Washington, DC and later attended Hampton University, Montgomery College, Regent University and Western Governors University. Pam was currently attending Gardner-Webb School of Divinity where she was pursuing a Masters in Biblical Studies. Pam held various positions throughout her career; however, Pam's true calling was that of teacher. Her very beginnings as a teacher can be traced back to when she was a teenager. Later in life, she used her gift to educate elementary school students at Ets Chaiyim School in Gaithersburg, MD.

Besides teaching, the other great love in Pam's life that also started as a teenager was her love of the Lord.She fulfilled the requirements of the Ministry Training and Development courses at Victory Christian Church International in Gaithersburg, Maryland and was an ordained elder. She was the co-founder of The Mighty Church of God End-time Ministries and The Mighty Virtuous Women Ministries along with her husband, the late Rev. Ronnie Palmer.

Pam leaves to mourn her husband, Leonard, their children Shamika, Timothy, Tina, Traci, Drew and their grandchildren, Joshua, Tristan, Ricayah, Jiselle and Timir Aayden, her sister, Juanina and brothers Darrell, Phil and John, a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 12:00 Noon at Changers Church with Rev. Marcus Moonie officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:30 AM until 12:00 PM at the church. Condolences can be expressed online at www.enloemortuary.com. Enloe Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements.
