Pamela Denise Martin, 64, of Kings Mountain, NC, transitioned to her Heavenly home on August 16, 2020 at her home. She was born in Gaston County, NC, to the late Timmons and Betty Brakefield Barnett. She was a member of Glory Bound Baptist Church in Kings Mountain. Pam spent most of her life caring for children in the childcare industry. She was a mother to many and a friend to everyone she met. Pam enjoyed traveling and loved to cruise with Rick. She enjoyed playing rummy and using her green thumb to grow beautiful plants and flowers. Pam was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be missed dearly by her family and many friends.

Sons: Timmons Martin and Joshua Martin and wife Brittney all of Kings Mountain, NC

Grandchildren: Darrien, Anna an Nakadin Martin, all of Kings Mountain, NC

Sisters: Sandy Chalson and husband Bruce, Gastonia, NC and Lynn Barnett of Connecticut

FUNERAL SERVICE: Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 4:00 PM in the Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel with Pastor Michael Rote officiating

VISITATION: The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 3:50 PM prior to the service at Harris Funeral Home
