Ms. Pamela Oneal Lockhart, 63, Shelby, NC, passed away on June 23, 2026, at Atrium Health Main. She was born on March 25, 1963 in Cleveland County, NC, to the late Sarah Louise Lockhart Douglas.

Pamela was a very outgoing person. She would help anyone who needed help. She was as good as she could be but was a stern speaking individual as well. She was employed with ABM Industries for several years and at McDonalds in Shelby.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Sarah Louise Lockhart Douglas; three sisters; and a brother.

She leaves precious memories to her brothers, Michael Willis and Freddie Douglas (Linda), both of Shelby, NC; sisters, Mary Brown, Shirley Edwards (James), both of Shelby, NC, and Evangeline Hill of Detroit, MI; and a host of cousins and friends.
