The Neal Senior Center (100 TR Harris Drive, Shelby) is planning a Parade of Tables Event on Friday, September 7, 2012 at 6:00 pm. Table sponsors are needed.
SPONSORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
PARADE OF TABLES RULES
Sell 8 tickets for your table at $20.00 each.
Make a dessert – 1 cake or 2 pies (Because of space, don’t bring a dessert that needs to be refrigerated. Have desserts at the Senior Center by noon on Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012.
Decorate your table any way you want. You can use paper products, fine china, whatever theme you want.
After dinner, clear your table. You will be responsible for all your items.
Bring dishes to the Senior Center in a container marked with your name on it so that your waiter will know where to place dirty dishes to be taken home to be washed. Each person decorating their table will be responsible to clean their table.
Tickets can be sold to men and women.
Please write the name of ticket holder on back of ticket for door prize drawing. We will have somebody in the foyer taking up tickets.
Bring salt and pepper shakers and a little container to hold packets of creamer, sugar and splenda packets if you have something to match your table setting.
Do favors for your guests. Do not spend a lot on this. Could be candy in a bag or container, etc. Can be hand-made.
An envelope will be on each table for tips. 100% of all tips will go toward the Senior Center Programs and Operations.
