Patricia Ann Baynard, age 61, passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at Mission Hospital in Asheville.

Patricia was born Wednesday, November 23, 1960 in Rutherford County to the late Floyd Adams and Annie Elizabeth Odum Adams. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Patricia loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with her grandson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of twenty-nine years, Billy Baynard; sisters, Rose Patterson, Doris Tate and a brother, Roger Adams.

Survivors include her son, Monroe Adams (Shasta Morgan) of Mooresboro; grandson, Isaiah Adams (Neely Vander Ploeg) of Spartanburg; brother, Jimmy Adams (Cindy) of Rutherfordton and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted at 3:00 pm on Monday, October 3, 2022 at Floyd's Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Bill Alley officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 2:30 pm at the funeral home on the day of the service.
