Patricia Ann Ombres, 83, passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2020 after a lengthy illness.

Pat was born September 4, 1936 in Washington, DC to Louis and Annie Lee Cranford. Pat grew up in Maryland and Delaware. She loved spending childhood summers in Screven, GA, her Mother's hometown.

Pat saw the humor in life and had a great laugh that brought a smile to anyone nearby. She enjoyed crafts, painting, reading, gardening, family history and music. She loved to travel and was always ready for a road trip. She was a lover of animals and had many. Strays always had a way of finding her and she always gave them a home. She especially loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her brothers, Louis and Henry Cranford. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of nearly 65 years, Louis Ombres; children, Debbie Brame (Rick), John Ombres (Marcia), Bob Ombres (Sharon), Tim Ombres (Liz); seven grandchildren, Jennifer, Louis, Amy, Jason, Robert, Tiffany and Christine; ten great grandchildren, Bryce, John, Jayde, Logan, Alan, Ian, Ellie, Jayden, Jayce and Skylar; and her sister, Linda Hicks (Mark).

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
