Patricia Ann Rucker Hambright, 77, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on July 10, 2023 at Cleveland House in Shelby, NC.

She was born in Cleveland County, NC, daughter of the late Roy Jennings and Beatrice Fisher Long and was preceded in death by her sons, Dwayne and Jamie Rucker. Pat worked in the textile industry and had attended Harvest Baptist Church in the past. She loved to fish and enjoyed watching television. Pat stayed active by playing bingo and other games and loved nothing more than a good taco at the local Mexican restaurant. Patricia will be missed greatly by her family and friends. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff and friends at Cleveland House for excellent care and compassion shown to Pat.
