Patsy Mullis Rowell Batchelor, 87, passed away Monday, October 24, 2022 at Peak Resources in Cherryville.

Born in Union County on May 22, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Frontis and Flay High Mullis. In addition to her parents, Patsy is preceded in death by her husbands, Ray Gene Rowell and Robert Drayton Batchelor, as well as her brother Eddie Mullis and daughter Gwen Gwyn.

Patsy is survived by two daughters, Debbie Dycus (Bruce), Treasa Huitt (Doug), son-in-law Phil Gwyn, eight grandchildren, Ryan, Steven, Emily (Luis), Justin (Crissy), Jonathan (Marie), Joseph (Holly) Jena (Skip), and Jayda (Andrew). Also left to cherish her memory are 22 great grandchildren. She will be remembered by all for her big, beautiful smile and infectious laugh, while her great grandchildren will lovingly remember her as their "Maw-maw B".

The family of Patsy will hold a private celebration of life service to honor her.
