Paul Andrew Stallings, Jr., 67, of Shelby, passed away Friday, October 13,
2017 at Lincolnton Rehab in Lincolnton.

Born in Rutherford County on November 23, 1949, he was a son of the late
Paul Andrew Stallings, Sr. and Helen Stallings Laughlin. He was retired
from Michelin Tire in Spartanburg and was a member of Polkville Baptist
Church. Paul was an avid golfer and fisherman, loved the outdoors and
watching baseball and Panthers football, and cherished his grandchildren.
He also served in the US Army during Vietnam.

He is survived by his wife of forty-seven years, Vickie Daves Stallings;
son, Paul "Drew" Andrew Stallings, III and wife Jenni of Shelby; daughter,
Amy Stallings of Shelby; sister, Pat Lineberger of Gastonia; and three
grandchildren, Summer Crosby, Trejan Crosby, and Paisley Stallings.

The visitation will be from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Tuesday, October 17, 2017,
Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home, Fallston.

The funeral service will be at 3:00 PM, Tuesday, at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral
Home Chapel, Fallston with the Pastor Kelly Dodson officiating.

Burial will follow the service in the Polkville Baptist Church Cemetery.
