Born March 6, 1934 in Cleveland County, she was a daughter of the late Horace Collins and Zunie Arrowood Collins.  She was retired from Doran Textiles as a spinner and was a member of Hudson Memorial Baptist Church.

She was a very loved mama and grandma.  She will be missed dearly.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Louis Collins.

She is survived by her husband, Horace Hudson, Jr. of 63 years; five kids and their spouses, Kenny and Rhonda Hudson of Stanley, Jimmy and Shelby Hudson of Cherryville, Kathy and Ronnie Gann of Symrna, SC, Pam Hudson and Danny Hudson both of Cherryville; ten grandkids, twenty-one great grandkids and one great-great grandchildren.

Visitation: 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Thursday, Hudson Memorial Baptist Church, Lawndale.  At other times the family will be at the home of Pam Hudson, 102 Guffey Road, Cherryville, NC.

Funeral Service: 3:00 PM, Thursday,  Hudson Memorial Baptist Church, Lawndale.

Burial: Hudson Memorial Baptist Church, Lawndale
