Phillip "Jason" Starnes age 49 resident of Kings Mountain, NC unexpectedly left this world and went home to be with his Lord on March 24, 2016. He was born in Gaston Co. NC. He was preceded in death by his brother, Trent Lovelace. Jason was a 1984 graduate of D. H. Conley High School, Greenville, NC and a graduate of Gaston College. He was a self-employed Real Estate Manager and a member of Patterson Grove Baptist Church, Kings Mtn. NC. He loved his church and always was willing to volunteer and cook for his church family. He was a wonderful and loving husband, father, son, brother and friend to everyone. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his wife and children. Jason had a big heart and was always a wonderful Christian witness. He loved and was loved by everyone.

6:00 P.M. Rev. Tim Hendrick, officiating.

VISITATION: 4:00 - 5:30 P.M. Saturday April 2, 2016 prior to the service in the sanctuary of Patterson Grove Baptist Church and other times at the home.
