Rebecca Evelyn Willis Smith, age 59 of Lawndale, passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021 at Atrium Health Cleveland.

She was born February 11, 1962 in Lincoln County to the late Ralph Wayne Willis and Peggy Jane Adams. Becky enjoyed watching NASCAR and loved to sit on the front porch. She adored her furbabies, Lucy and Angel. Becky's greatest joy in life was spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Tommy and Billy Willis.

Survivors include her husband, Roger Dale Smith; daughter, Wendy Gantt and husband, Roger; grandchildren, Brooke Gantt and Austin Gantt (Nikki Harmon); great grandchild, Beckhum Gantt; special family friends, Bobby Gantt, Lori Oliver, and Mike Brittain; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Carpenter-Porter Funeral & Cremation Services with Rev. Jerry Owens officiating. Burial will follow at City Memorial Cemetery. Mrs. Smith will lie-in-state from 12:00 to 12:45 PM prior to the service on Thursday.
