Ricky Lane Pearson, 65, of E. Zion Church Road, passed away on February 11, 2026 at Atrium Health - Cleveland in Shelby, NC.

Ricky was born on October 15, 1960 in Cleveland County, to the late Joe Tillman Pearson and Mary Joyce Williams Goins. He was retired from Bernhardt Furniture Company and Lail's Upholstery.

He is survived by his children, Misty Pittman and husband, Mark of Shelby, Chad Pearson and wife, Abbey of Carrollton, GA and Nathan Pearson and wife, Christin of Lincolnton; brother, Richard Pearson of Hickory; sister, Debbie Smith of Gaffney; six grandchildren, Logan Pittman, Matthew Pittman, Miles Pearson, Evan Pearson, Bennett Pearson and Madelyn Pearson and two great-grandchildren, Laine and Caine Pittman.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 2:00pm to 3:00pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2025 at 3:00pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel.
