Robert Eric Justice, 50, of Shelby, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at his home.

Born in Cleveland County, on April 15, 1971 , he was the son of Mildred Faye Kisney Justice of Shelby and the late Robert Clyde Justice. He was an auto body painter for South Co, and was a member of Ross Grove Baptist Church. He was a self taught guitar player which was his passion.

In addition to his mother he is survived by a son, Robby Justice; sister, Julie Justice; two nephews, Jordan Yancey and Lance Justice; and niece Macy Yancey all of Shelby.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 16, 2021, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.

A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021 at 4:00 pm at Ross Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Marcus McGill officiating.
