Robert Larry "Butch" Yarbrough, 73, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on January 04, 2019 at his home in Kings Mountain, NC. He was born in Mecklenburg County, NC, to the late Tommie Bob Yarbrough and Julia Elizabeth Forbis Yarbrough and was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Barbara Yarbrough. He was also preceded in death by his brother, John Yarbrough and his sister, Jane Morehead. Butch was a member of Family Worship Center and loved attending services there. He enjoyed working in his yard and watching wrestling on television. Butch loved his dog, Daisy. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Butch will be missed dearly by his family and friends.

Grandchildren: Taylor Turner and husband Matthew, Kings Mountain, NC, Becca Woodward and husband Eric, Kings Mountain, NC, Jordyn Robinson, Sydnee Radford (Blake Harrison), Dannah Robinson and fiance Justin Blackburn

Great Grandchildren: Jaxxon, Maddie and Hannah Turner and Emery Woodward

FUNERAL SERVICE: Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Family Worship Center, Kings Mountain, NC with Pastor Dr. Roger Woodard officiating

VISITATION: Tuesday, January 8, 2019 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM prior to the service at Family Worship Center, Kings Mountain, NC

INTERMENT: Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain, NC
