Ronnie Cole, age 54, of Ellenboro, died Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at his residence.
Born October 18, 1963 in Rutherford County, he was a son of Diane Coffey Cole who resides in Caroleen and the late Ronald D. Cole, Sr. He was a graduate of Chase High School, class of 1982 and worked twenty years as a welder for KCH Services. Ronnie enjoyed taking trips to the beach and spending time with his family.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by grandfather, Bostic Cole.
Besides his mother, those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Renee` L. Cole; two sons, Cory Lynn of Gastonia and Cody Lynn of Ellenboro; two sisters, Becky Cole (Justin Byers) of Mooresboro and Phyllis Cole (Joe Bristol) of Henrietta; four brothers, Tim Cole (Diane Sluder) of Caroleen, Clint Cole of Caroleen, Gary Cole (Sissy) of Mooresboro and Barry Cole (Christie) of Cliffside. He is also survived by one granddaughter, Ezra Lynn and a number of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Mark Lattimore officiating. The family will receive friends one prior to service time at the funeral home.
