Ronnie Dale Smith, 62, passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021 at his home. He was born to the late Herman and Irene Self Smith.

Ronnie is survived by his wife, Diana Smith; two sons, Dustin Smith and Andrew Smith; daughter, Amanda Harvell; five grandchildren, Aden Salazar, Echo Robertson, Kayden Smith, Corban Smith and Arwen Smith; two brothers, Steve Smith and Danny Smith; mother-in-law, Candy Arce; beloved dog, Blue.

He served in the United States Army. After the Army he drove a truck 27 years for Turner Trucking. He enjoyed spending time with his family, grandchildren, friends and his beloved dog. He will truly be missed by those who knew and loved him.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Robert Morgan - Rutherford Chapel, 124 Fair Hope Street, Forest City, NC 28043 with Pastor Mike Gettys officiating.
