Sammy Phouangkeo, age 62, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2024.

He is survived by his wife, Chanhthida Phouangkeo of the home; his children, Ariana Phouangkeo of Raleigh, NC, and Andy Phouangkeo of Alpharetta, GA; two siblings, Vandy Chitdamrong (Rangsee) of Montreal, Canada, and Thongdy Phouangkeo (Kimlay) of Kings Mountain, NC.

Born October 1, 1961, in Laos, Sammy was the son of the late Thit Pheng Phouangkeo and Phoumy Phouangkeo.

A memorial service was held January 20, 2024, at Cleveland Funeral Services Chapel.
