Sara McCraw Lewis, 74, of Fallston, passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021 at her home.

Born in Cherokee County, SC, on June 13, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Morris McCraw and Mae Ruppe McCraw. Sara was retired from Kemet Electronics and also helped her husband with their family farm, Lewis Farms. She was a member of Fallston Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of twenty-five years, Loyd Gene Lewis; four children, Bryan Lewis and wife Darlene of Fallston, Keith Lewis and wife Amanda of Gastonia, Pam Benfield and husband Jeff of Fallston; and Tracy Clark and husband Randy of Shelby; brother, Henry McCraw and wife Rebecca of Gaffney; two nephews, Jason McCraw and Henry McCraw, Jr.; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 1:00 PM at Fallston Baptist Church with the Revs. David Blanton and Scott Norton officiating. Mrs. Lewis will be placed in the church one hour before the service.

The burial will follow the service in the Rose Hill Memorial Park, Fallston.
