KINGS MOUNTAIN - Selenja Annette Robbins, 58, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Testa Hospice House. She is predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Harvey and Hannah Mae Morrow.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories her father, Richard K. Goins; mother, Shirley Lavena Scruggs; one daughter, Elizabeth Lane Robbins; one son, Ches Robbins and wife Brandi of Kings Mountain; three grandchildren, Easton Kale Robbins, Wyatt Jase Robbins and "New Baby" Robbins expected in eight weeks; one sister, Kenya Lane Dargai and husband Gary of FL; one brother, Richard Kale Goins of NC; two nieces, Kelsey and Morgan Papworth both of FL.
Selenja was a member of True Gospel Holiness Church in Kings Mountain. She was a devoted Christian, Mother, Grandmother and Friend. She enjoyed cooking, decorating, gardening and most of all spending time with her family. She will be truly be missed and loved.
A 4:00 p.m. funeral service will be held on Friday, December 9, 2016 at True Gospel Holiness Church, 1608 Shelby Road, Kings Mountain, NC 28086 with Pastor Leanne Chapman officiating. A two hour visitation will be held prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials or donations may be made to Testa Hospice House, 951 Wendover Heights, Shelby, NC 28150.
