Shelby Lions Club Honors Jaron Webber
Jaron Webber
The   Shelby  Lions   Club  recently  honored  Jaron  Webber  as  student-of-the-month. A  senior at  Shelby High,  he  plans  to  attend either  East  Carolina  University;  Winston  Salem  State  University;  or  University  of  North  Carolina  at  Greensboro. Jaron  is  the  son  of  Jimmy  and   Debbie Webber.  His  grandfather,  Joe  Webber,  accompanied  him  for  the  February  28th  Lions  Club  meeting.
As  a  student-of-the-month,  Jaron  becomes  a  candidate  for  a  scholarship  to  be  awarded  by  the  club  at  the  end  of  the school  year. The  winner  will  be  selected  from  the  students-of-the-month.
