GROVER- Shelia Whitehouse, 69, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2016 at her residence. A native of Haywood county, she was the daughter of the late Brownlow and Pearl Norris Conner.

PRECEDED: In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one sister.

SURVIVED: She is survived by her husband of 50 years, this past October, James Whitehouse of the home; three daughters, Jennifer Harris and husband Sam, Crystal Bowen and husband Forrest all of Grover, Nola Webb and husband Shane of Kings Mountain; five sisters; two brothers; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.

SERVICES: A funeral service will be held 2 pm Wednesday in the chapel of Clay-Barnette Funeral Home of Kings Mountain.

VISITATION: The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

CLERGY: Rev. Robbie Moore will officiate.

INTERMENT: Grover Cemetery
