Shirley Ann Mills Turner, 69, of Mill Spring, NC, died Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at UNC Hospital. A native of Polk County, she was the daughter of the late Glenn William and Willie Mae Calhoun Mills. She was a home maker and a member of Pilgrim's Way Baptist Church.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Gene Turner; son, Shane Turner and wife Ginger; grandsons Dakota Turner and wife Kendra and Dylan Turner; sister Glynes Wilson.

The family will hold a memorial service 4PM Sunday, February 3, 2019,at Pilgrims Way Baptist Church, 485 Hamilton Road, Rutherfordton, NC with Rev. Wayne Stafford officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
