Shirley Ray Greene, age 84, passed away Wednesday March 16, 2022. Born on February 3, 1938 she was the daughter of the late William Francis and Verdia Doty Greene. Shirley was a member of Polkville United Methodist Church for several years. She will be remembered for her love of basketball, flowers, and the way she was able to experience life to the fullest.

Shirley is survived by her brother, David "Butch" Greene (Linda), nephew David Greene (Gina), niece Georgette Scruggs (Lee), great niece Madison Mowery. She is also survived by a life long friend, Wilma Fite.

A private memorial service will be held for family at a later date.
