Small Business Seminar set in Kings Mountain

The Small Business Center at Cleveland Community College will offer a FREE seminar in Kings Mountain on Monday, August 29, 2016, at the Mauney Memorial Library, from 5:00-8:00P.M. "We want to give all Cleveland County entrepreneurs and business owners an opportunity to improve their potential for success," said Steve Padgett, Director. Any entrepreneur, small business owner, or potential small business owner is invited to attend this FREE seminar.
The topic of this seminar is "Maintaining a Profitable Small Business." Maintaining and understanding financial information is critical to operating a profitable business. This seminar will help the small business owner identify methods for maintaining financial records and using key reports (P&L/Cash Flow Statements and Balance Sheet) to operate the business. You can better understand how to use these financial statements to identify potential problems before they become a serious threat to the business' survival.
Registration is necessary for this seminar and is available on the Cleveland Community College website [www.clevelandcc.edu]. Select "Business & Continuing Education" drop-down menu, click on "Small Business Center," click the "Register" button. Select "Registration Form," complete it and send a copy to the Small Business Center.
The objective of the Small Business Center at Cleveland Community College is to increase the success rate and the number of viable small businesses by providing high quality, readily-accessible counseling and assistance to prospective and existing small business owners. The Small Business Center is a community-based provider of education, counseling, referral, and information services.
