Chris Hendricks a singer/songwriter from Raleigh who tours speaking to young people about overcoming obstacles to pursue their dreams, made a special presentation at the North Shelby School awards day on Thursday May 21st. Earlier this year, he worked with a team of students at North Shelby at a Songwriting Workshop. There he met Brian Spriggs and learned he had a dream of playing the guitar. Chris taught him a couple of chords on a break at the workshop and on Thursdsay presented Brian with a guitar that had a custom wrap of the Perfectly Afflicted logo on it. After the presentation, Chris played and sang "Imagine" while Brian and Bekah Logan signed the song.
