Steve Hamrick, age 61, of Ellenboro, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at Spartanburg Reginal Medical Center.

Steve was born August 19, 1958 in Rutherford County, he was the son of the late Britton Hamrick and Betty Jane Shires Hamrick. Steve enjoyed watching NASCAR, fishing, golfing, he was someone who loved all sports.

Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Jessie Smith (Matt) of Shelby, his son, Jacob Smith of Ellenboro; brothers, Brian Hamrick of Gaffney, Jeff Hamrick (Paula) of Ellenboro; four grandchildren, Jacob Smith, Maysen, Huntley, Maverick.

There are no formal services planned.
